Privacy Policy
How your data is processed under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
⚠ Legal review notice: This policy reflects the current technical state of this website. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional before commercial use.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:
- Controller
- Artesanato Criativo DIY, Ider Alves
Av. Ver. Abrahão João Francisco, 3820, Ressacada, Itajaí – SC, 88301-335, Brazil
Email: [email protected]
Full contact details are available in the Legal Notice.
2. Hosting and server logs
This website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, the host automatically collects technical information (server logs): browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, and the date and time of the request.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically error-free and secure website).
3. Local fonts
This website loads all fonts locally from its own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party font servers.
4. YouTube video embedding
Some pages embed videos from YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use the privacy-enhanced mode (domain youtube-nocookie.com).
Once you start an embedded video, your browser connects to Google/YouTube servers; this may transfer data, including your IP address, to the USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. Cookies may only be set by the third-party YouTube player once you play an embedded video.
6. Contact via email
If you contact us by email, your details are stored to process your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security, indicated by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
8. Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).
Since the controller is based outside the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your own EU member state.
9. Currency of this policy
This privacy policy is current as of and will be updated as needed.
